  • At Inner Strength RN Health Advocates LLC, we provide flexible, consent-driven healthcare advocacy and navigation support ranging from on-demand guidance and general healthcare education to ongoing check-ins and full care coordination. Services may include appointment coordination, care planning, medical record organization, long-term care insurance support, and advocacy across settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, and at home. We support individuals, families, out-of-town loved ones, and professional legal guardians (with written consent or proof of guardianship), offer general system-level education to clarify how healthcare works, and provide consulting for healthcare organizations, financial planners, and elder law attorneys. Our empowerment-focused, patient-centered approach supports wellness, clarity, and confident decision-making—stepping in fully when needed and stepping back when independence is possible.
